TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Offer will run for the months November 2011 through to February 2012 and applies only to bookings made during the period November 1st through to February 29th and occupancy taken up during the same period.
2. The Offer of 1 Free week only applies when booking at least 1 paid week during these months and must follow on consecutively from the first week. It is not transferable and cannot be spilt into 2 separate weeks.
3. A Pre-admission Assessment will be necessary prior to taking up occupancy.
4. Permanent occupancy may follow on from the 2 week stay should the client so wish, subject to our normal Terms & Conditions.
5. Offer is not open to existing clients.
6. Bookings are subject to availability
7. We reserve the right to alter or cancel the Offer at any time.
8. Offer can only be taken up once in the period, further bookings will be at the full price.
9. Offer open only to over 65’s.
10. All bookings are subject to advance payment which is non-refundable
